Application Pending List for Article 95 was Published by ECHA

On 31 March 2015, ECHA published the application pending list for Article 95. The publication of the pending list is to increase the transparency of the application procedures, and at the meantime to give an insight to the enterprises for the BPR compliance before the deadline on 1 September 2015.
The published list includes the applications that ECHA have not decided whether to accept or not. The list of relevant suppliers and substances will also be published with the pending list regularly.
It must be noted that, even if the company name has been listed in the pending list, which does not mean that the company will eventually succeed in the application. It will not be guaranteed that the company will be included in the Article 95 after the application.
