MEP Issued the 32nd Batch of Toxic Chemical Clearance for Public Consultancy

China’s Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP) has issued the 32nd batch of toxic chemical clearance for public consultancy. There were 42 companies have submitted the applications for the clearance. The detailed information about the names and tonnage of chemical substances can be found on the MEP's official website.

A series of regulations jointly issued by China MEP, Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs require that enterprises wishing to export or import substances on the list of restricted toxic chemicals must apply for an environment management clearance notification before starting any business activity.
