Two Kinds of Substances are Newly Added as the 13th Batch of SVHC Substance

On 15th June 2015 Helsinki time, ECHA announced that 2 kinds of substances were newly added into the SVHC list. They are 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, di-C6-10-alkyl esters (also decyl esters, hexyl ester and octyl ester) and 1, 2 - phthalic acid compounds with the content of dihexylphthalate higher than 0.3%. The CAS No. are 68515-51-5 and 68648-93-1 respectively; and karanal. Currently, there are 163 items listed in the SVHC list (namely the Candidate List authorized by EU REACH).
