In this webinar, the updates to the South Korean GHS standard will be discussed. The updates are effective from the 16th January 2021. Companies with an existing South Korean SDS will be required to update it in accordance with these new changes, and so, it is important that companies know their new obligations to maintain compliance going forward. Interpretation on EU CLP PCN and UFI

The EU CLP Poison Center notification (PCN) requirement takes effect on January 1, 2021. If mixtures (with physical hazards or health hazards) are to be placed on the EU market, then a PCN Notification must first be completed. After notification, the specific formula number (UFI) needs to be printed, or pasted, on the product label.
