Over half of a year has passed since the implementation of the Taiwan TCSCA and OSHA. Recently CIRS will attend the workshop held by Taiwan EPA on July 21 to learn the latest information regarding new substance registration, especially existing substance registration (Phase I) which will start on Sep 1 of this year. In this webinar, we will not only introduce the registration of new and existing substance for Taiwan but also share our experience regarding compliance of Taiwan TCSCA and OSHA with you.

About the Presenter

Ms. Jane Song, Senior Regulatory Consultant of Industrial Chemicals Sector, CIRS China

She has been researching chemical regulations in Eastern Asian countries such as Korea, Japan and Taiwan for several years with practical experiences of handling products registrations in these regions. She has helped a number of companies finish new substance registration in China, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines and Japan.

She has been tracking and studying global chemical regulations for more than 7 years, and now she specializes in China MEP Order No.7, Taiwan TCSCA&OSHA, and Non-testing methods (QSAR, READ-ACROSS, etc.). As CIRS’s representative, she directly participated in the revision of the guidance on new substance notification in China. Dozens of QSAR reports authored by her have been accepted by the technical review committee of China MEP and ECHA, which has saved millions of dollars for enterprises. For Taiwan TCSCA and OSHA, she has successfully finished new substance registration for around 20 substances.
