CFDA consults on the approval of a new cosmetic ingredient Elaeagnus mollis diel Oil
5 July 2013, The China Food & Drug Administration (CFDA) issued a notice inviting public comments on the approval of a new cosmetic ingredient “Elaeagnus mollis diel Oil”. If it is approved a few months later, this will be the 4th new cosmetic ingredient approved by CFDA.
