Introduction

Administrative Measure on Health Food Registration and Filing will come into force on July 2016. It has significant changes especially for filing products compared to the current regulation implemented from 2005. In accordance with the new regulation, companies who plan to place health foods on Chinese market must apply for and obtain a Health food approval registration or filing certificate from China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA). With the goal of showing actual operation of health food registration and filing, this Webinar will focus on the latest requirements including applicant qualification, dossiers, tests, procedures, etc.

Ms. Cathy Yu's major in university was food science and engineering, she is very familiar with food industry, and has extensive experience in food laws and regulations. She now focuses on Health food market with rich experience dealing with regulatory issues from oversea companies.This webinar will be given by the experts from CIRS technical team and the collation from Cathy Yu based on her contact with China health food authorities.
