As the pioneer summit in China, SMCR has won intense support from authorities and enterprises since 2011. In order to constantly improve the summit quality, CIRS needs your suggestions on location of SMCR 2017.


Wuzhen Features

Wuzhen, a 1300-year-old water town on the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, is a national 5A scenic area and one of China’s top ten historical & cultural towns. It sits in the “Golden Triangle”, an area that holds Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces and the city of Shanghai. Also, The World Internet Conference has been held in the city of Wuzhen for consecutive three years.

Hangzhou Features

Renowned as one of China’s seven Ancient Capitals, historic Hangzhou is proudly among the first group of cities that the central government designated as Historic and Cultural City. And the 2016 G-20 Summit is held in the city of Hangzhou last year. It is also the first ever G20 summit to be hosted in China.

Shanghai is the economic, financial hub of China. Its rapid transit system, the Shanghai Metro, incorporates both subway and light railway lines and extends to every core urban district as well as neighboring suburban districts. And SMCR has been held in Shanghai for 5 years.
